Frequently asked questions
Shipping, returns and everything else you may want to know before ordering.
Full FAQWhat kinds of products do you sell?
We specialize in motorsport-inspired outerwear, watches and car and home air humidifiers for sports car enthusiasts. Our catalog covers accessorie, air humidifier, jacket and watche — all selected for the same purpose: practical, well-made items for people who care about automotive lifestyle.
How do I choose the right product for me?
Each product page describes what the item is for, how it is used and what to consider before buying. If you are between two options, think about how often you will use it in your automotive lifestyle routine — the simplest version usually wins.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is simple and the same for every product: Express Shipping $19.39, Standard Shipping $11.01 and Economy Shipping is free. You see the exact rate at checkout before paying.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders in up to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes between 10 and 20 business days. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States and to Europe and the United Kingdom. If your country is not covered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few hours to appear on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders start processing quickly, so changes are not always possible. Email contact@tarmacatelier.com right away with your order number and we will do what we can before the order ships.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's checkout with encryption, and we never see or store your card details. You can pay with the main credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
Will I pay any extra fees?
You pay the product price plus the shipping rate shown at checkout — nothing else. Customers outside the United States may be charged import taxes by their country, which are not included in the price and are set by local rules.
